Job Responsibilities:

• Assists in day to day operations of preschools, ensuring the operation standards are in compliance with the regulations, guidelines and policies from the relevant regulatory agencies and company
• Provides the mentorship and support to the teachers on conducting holistic lessons and caring for children
• Maintains a safe and hygenic environment for children and staff
• Manage the centre enrollment

Job Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Leadership
• Preferably with a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Care and Education
• At least 2-3 years of managerial experience as a Principal
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
