Job Descriptions

1. Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical & Aircon) in the buildings.

2. Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works

3. Attend to defects, rectifications and customers' complaints promptly

4. Create / Doing up of fault report and service report.

5. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

Only Singaporeans

Minimum 2 years and above in Facilities Management environment or M&E industry

Possess Professional Certificate or ITE / NTC certification in Mechanical / Air-Con / Electrical / Facility Management and above.

5.5 Days Week, Island wide locations available.
