The Role
- The Technical Sales Engineer will be our technical expert on the PFOEM Life Science and Process Control product ranges supporting sales in South East Asia; supporting Sales and Customers Service in driving forward business growth and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities
- Develop offers and quotations for products
- Deliver opportunity qualification
- Run and manage opportunity pre-studies
- Provide detailed technical support to both internal and external customers
- Develop an understanding of the wider Norgren product ranges and match products to applications
- Take responsibility for a suite of products, and train others in their application
- Work alongside other teams to deliver change requests, deviations and value engineering projects
- Support site-level activity
What We Are Looking For
- A successful background in technical sales, sales or engineering within the Life Science and Process Control markets, ideally with pneumatic and control systems experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical and critical thinking; a keen eye for detail and creative solutions
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to communicate clearly with a range of different stakeholders
- Ability and willingness to travel
- A basic level understanding of the theories that underpin our products, or the ability and willingness to learn
- Proficient with standard business tools including MS Office, JDE, CRM. CAD skills would be advantageous.
