Division: ISO Tank

Job Description: 

Identify and participate with timely submissions of RFIs, RFQs and tenders in the ISO Tank industry
Coordinate, gather and compile bid submission documents for bidding activities including but no limited to pre-qualification screening, questionnaires, bidding and negotiation activities
Throughly examine the requirements of each tender and communicate these requirements to the relevant stakeholders
Supper the Commercial department in building and maintaining good relationships with active and prospective customers
Record, maintain, and update all current and upcoming tender pipelines
Stay up to date with regional market outlook and freight trends and formulate an insight about the pricing strategy for the tender submission
Any other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

Highly skilled in MS Excel functions
At least 1 year experience with procurement/tenders in any industry 
Diploma or Diploma equivalent in any majors
