Job Description:
Job Summary:
This position will involve in day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to the management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, leave application, issuance of letter of confirmation and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (info-tech) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Co-ordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Foreign employee pass application.
- Payroll processing and CPF/IR8A/IR21 submission.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Organize company events like team bonding and parties.
- Manage office maintenance activities, pantry and office supplies
Qualifications:
- Only Singaporeans
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and knowledge of INFO-TECH systems is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience
