 Job Description:

Job Summary:

This position will involve in day-to-day HR operations and provide administrative support to the management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, leave application, issuance of letter of confirmation and exit interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (info-tech) and audits for accuracy and compliance.
  • Co-ordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Foreign employee pass application.
  • Payroll processing and CPF/IR8A/IR21 submission.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes.
  • Organize company events like team bonding and parties.
  • Manage office maintenance activities, pantry and office supplies

Qualifications:

  • Only Singaporeans
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) and knowledge of INFO-TECH systems is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience
