Event Manager
Job Description:
- Develop and manage the overall event strategy and budget.
- Plan and execute the event timeline and ensure it runs smoothly.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as vendors, sponsors, and clients.
- Oversee the event team, delegate tasks, and ensure that all team members are meeting their responsibilities.
- Identify potential problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Manage post-event activities, including evaluations and follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in event management, marketing, business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in event management or related fields.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
- Knowledge of event technology and industry trends.
- Leadership and management skills to oversee and motivate event teams.
