Event Manager

 Job Description:

  • Develop and manage the overall event strategy and budget.
  • Plan and execute the event timeline and ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders such as vendors, sponsors, and clients.
  • Oversee the event team, delegate tasks, and ensure that all team members are meeting their responsibilities.
  • Identify potential problems and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Manage post-event activities, including evaluations and follow-ups with clients and stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in event management, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in event management or related fields.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage budgets and financial resources.
  • Knowledge of event technology and industry trends.
  • Leadership and management skills to oversee and motivate event teams.
