Job Descriptions:

1. Quantity Surveying and contracts administration for IFM & Building maintenance services. To provide support of maintenance and project works function.
2. Involve in preparation of contracts to award to vendors and sub-contractors
3. Prepare and submit claims for completed works upon receiving of work completion reports.
4. Manage progress claims and other claims put up from vendors and sub-contractors
5. Liaise with client and clients representative on work progress, claims and KPI.
6. Track, record and update on breakdown of claims, variations claims or omissions.
7. Manage payments and claims via companys Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and/or CMMS.
8. Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle
9. Involve in managing contract variations, valuations, and final accounts.
10. Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and correspondence.
11. Any other ad hoc tasks relating to contracts from time to time by the Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Only Singaporeans
2. Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Engineering, Construction Management or other relevant qualifications in related disciplines
3. At least 3 years of relevant experience in QS field,with a focus on M&E services.
4. Preferably with FM / IFM exposure.
5. Candidate with project side QS experience or building construction ( with exposure to M&E) are welcome to apply
6. Good command of spoken & written English
7. Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Power point, Outlook (Email) and any other related software
8. Ability in managing vendors and sub-contractors
9. Meticulous, independent and innovative
