Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding/ B/L Exp/ Fast Paced/ Central)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle shipping documentation (import, export, B/L)
  • Daily operations of respective accounts
  • Liaison with multiple parties including agents, customers and transporter
  • Declarations of permits
  • Generating invoices
  • Receiving and confirming DN/CN
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level or Diploma in any field
  • Min 1 to 2 years experience in import/ export, shipping documentation, freight forwarding
  • Meticulous with details, organised and positive attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as a team in a fast paced environment
