Responsibilities:
- Handle shipping documentation (import, export, B/L)
- Daily operations of respective accounts
- Liaison with multiple parties including agents, customers and transporter
- Declarations of permits
- Generating invoices
- Receiving and confirming DN/CN
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' level or Diploma in any field
- Min 1 to 2 years experience in import/ export, shipping documentation, freight forwarding
- Meticulous with details, organised and positive attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as a team in a fast paced environment
