Clinic Assistant

Job Description: 

Provide frontline customer service
Scheduling of appointment and patient registration
Booking of referral appointments
Handling phone calls and inquiries
Process medical insurances, tax invoices and payment collection
Maintaining inventory levels
Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

Secondary School/O Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in any field
Ability to converse in English and Mandarin
At least 2 years of working experience in related field
Knowledge in medical insurance processing
Experienced using Microsoft Office, Healthcare system & IT Savvy
Able to start work within short notice is preferred

 Salary Package:

S$ 2,300.00 - 3,000.00 (Singapore Dollar)
