Key Account Manager ( B2B Sales )

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospects through various sales channel
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage client professionally to ensure seamless client onboarding, build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Documentation: Consolidate and verify documents required from clients for various processes.
  • After-Sales Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service and maintain ongoing client relationships.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to reporting Manager on sales performance and pipeline status.
  • Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities to support overall sales & marketing functions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of working experiences.
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales
  • Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

S$ 2,500.00 - 4,000.00 (Singapore Dollar)

Employee Remuneration and entitlements:

- Basic Salary (range: $2,500 to $3,000 commensurate with experience)

- Performance Incentive (subject to meeting sales KPI)

- Working hour: 9am to 530pm (Monday to Friday), 9am to 12.30pm (Saturday)
