Key Account Manager ( B2B Sales )
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Reach out to prospects through various sales channel
- Client Relationship Management: Manage client professionally to ensure seamless client onboarding, build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation: Consolidate and verify documents required from clients for various processes.
- After-Sales Service: Provide exceptional after-sales service and maintain ongoing client relationships.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to reporting Manager on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Ad-Hoc Support: Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities to support overall sales & marketing functions. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness and generate leads.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of working experiences.
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Communication, or a related field or equivalent qualification.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales
- Strong relationship-building and account management skills with the ability to establish and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand client needs and customize solutions accordingly.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Employee Remuneration and entitlements:
- Basic Salary (range: $2,500 to $3,000 commensurate with experience)
- Performance Incentive (subject to meeting sales KPI)
