Senior Sales Consultant (HORECA - F&B)

Job Overview:

Our prestige food supplier client is looking at experienced Sales Professionals to join their expanding corporate sales team. This sales team is responsible for serving their various hospitality customers.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new customers and segments, specifically focusing on the Bakery sector within Singapore.
  • Oversee and manage the accounts and customers assigned to you, ensuring they receive consistent support and attention.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the entire customer journey, including solution development, order processing, fulfillment, and billing.
  • Partner with the Commercial and Marketing teams to implement new product launches, campaigns, and promotions tailored for your customers.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and provide feedback on market trends and changes.

Prerequisites:

  • At least 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with a specialization in specific food categories (e.g., baking ingredients, dairy); experience as a generalist across multiple categories is an added advantage.
  • Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
  • A strong passion for food!
  • Familiarity with foodservice industry customers.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and one additional language.
