Maintenance Engineer (West/ PM/ PLC)

 Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular inspections of machines, electrical systems, and facilities to ensure safe, optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform troubleshooting, preventive, and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve equipment failures by identifying root causes and implementing corrective
  • actions.
  • Lead and sustain maintenance programs, including TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and FPY (First Pass Yield), to uphold quality and reliability standards.
  • Use maintenance software and analytical tools to track equipment performance and optimize uptime.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, spare parts inventory, and calibration schedules.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors for equipment servicing, calibration, and spare part management.
  • Support continuous improvement projects, automation and smart factory digitalization.
  • Ensure adherence to safety, environmental and quality standards.
  • Mentor and guide maintenance technicians and operators to build a culture of reliability, safety and teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation Engineering.
  • 25 years experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Able to read and interpret schematics and diagrams.
  • Working knowledge of PLCs, programming and automation.
  • Experience with TPM, OEE, or predictive maintenance is a plus.
