Customer Service Officer (West - Logistics/ Supply Chain)

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries (phone and email).
  • Process orders using SAP/ ERP Systems.
  • Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
  • Resolve delivery-related issues.
  • Maintain records, inventory, and invoices.

Requirements

  • Min 1 year of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Service.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • A good team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to work overtime when required.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice
