Customer Service Officer (West - Logistics/ Supply Chain)
Job Description:
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries (phone and email).
- Process orders using SAP/ ERP Systems.
- Coordinate deliveries with warehouse and operations teams.
- Track shipments and provide updates to customers.
- Resolve delivery-related issues.
- Maintain records, inventory, and invoices.
Requirements
- Min 1 year of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Customer Service.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- A good team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Able to work overtime when required.
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
