Role and Responsibilities

• To perform product assembly and testing in production line.
• To comply with production Job Breakdown Sheet and Work Instruction; Quality Instructions and

  Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Instructions.

• To report to production leaders for any deviation concerning safety, quality, efficiency, etc.
• To perform steps of 5S at the assigned work area.
• To perform sorting of defective components or finished goods.
• To participate in continuous improvement or Kaizen events and provide ideas to improve

  current work process.

  

Skills and Qualifications

• Understand basic English
• Know basic computer knowledge, e.g. MS office tools
• Must be suitable for standing work
• Good attitude to follow leaders instruction and standard work guideline, willing to learn skill in

  various product assembly and testing, are key to this role

• Upper Secondary School or High School or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in box build assembly manufacturing is a plus
