Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of Italian and Western dishes according to recipes and standards.

Support senior chefs with daily mise en place and kitchen operations.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.

Follow portion control, storage, and temperature guidelines to reduce wastage.

Uphold consistency in food presentation, taste, and texture.

Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies properly.

Participate actively in daily cleaning and closing duties.

Demonstrate a positive work attitude and cooperate with team members to ensure smooth service flow.
Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably Italian or Western cuisine.

Strong interest in culinary arts and willingness to learn and grow.
