Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations including opening and closing procedures.

  • Lead and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements.

  • Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly and professionally.

  • Analyse sales and labour reports to improve profitability and efficiency.

  • Support marketing and promotional activities to grow brand reputation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B operations.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service.

  • Familiar with POS systems and basic HR or administrative procedures.

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
