Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations including opening and closing procedures.

Lead and motivate front-of-house teams to deliver excellent customer service.

Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.

Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and hygiene regulations.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requirements.

Handle guest feedback and service recovery promptly and professionally.

Analyse sales and labour reports to improve profitability and efficiency.

Support marketing and promotional activities to grow brand reputation.
Requirements

Minimum 3 to 5 years of supervisory or management experience in F&B operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and customer service.

Familiar with POS systems and basic HR or administrative procedures.

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
