About the job Asst Bar Manager or Manager (up to $4,000 base + Performance Bonus | CBD Area)
Responsibilities

Lead daily bar operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Oversee beverage preparation, ensuring quality and consistency across cocktails, house specialties, and other drinks.

Manage ordering, stock levels, and inventory control to support high-volume service.

Supervise and support the bar team to maintain smooth service flow during peak hours.

Ensure efficient coordination with floor staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.

Monitor bar cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar or F&B setting, preferably in a high-volume environment.

Confident in cocktail preparation and familiar with bar inventory management.

Strong leadership and communication skills, able to perform under pressure.

Service-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working late hours, weekends, and public holidays.
