About the job Assistant Restaurant Manager (up to $5,500 base | Italian Restaurant)
Responsibilities

Assist in supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations.

Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards.

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.
-
Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.

Oversee stock levels and liaise with suppliers for replenishment.
-
Support reporting, cash handling, and administrative tasks.
-
Take charge of operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
-
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B or hospitality.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proactive team player with good communication and leadership qualities.

Familiar with POS systems and daily cash handling procedures.
-
Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
-
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
