Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations.

  • Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.

  • Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance.

  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly.

  • Oversee stock levels and liaise with suppliers for replenishment.

  • Support reporting, cash handling, and administrative tasks.

  • Take charge of operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within F&B or hospitality.

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive team player with good communication and leadership qualities.

  • Familiar with POS systems and daily cash handling procedures.

  • Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.

  • Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
