IT Engineer (base up to $5,000 + AWS + PB)

Responsibilities:

• Deliver managed services to customers, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Participate in troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching activities for system maintenance.
• Provide technical support for systems-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Manage network, servers, cybersecurity, storage, and monitoring systems.
• Prepare and present monthly reports for managed service customers.
• Interface with vendors for technical services and issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Minimum a relevant Diploma Education, preferably in an IT related or Engineering course
• At least 3 years of IT support experience.
• Strong technical knowledge in various technologies, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Patch Management.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
