Sales Support Executive (up to $3,800 + AWS + PB | Hybrid | Woodlands)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing new business builders and sales leaders to support business growth.
• Provide ongoing support to business builders and sales leaders to meet sales goals and drive recruitment efforts.
• Work with leaders to expand into new and existing markets by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies.
• Plan, organize, and execute recruitment activities such as seminars, events, and meetings, traveling as required for on-site support.
• Maintain consistent communication with business builders, keeping them informed about company updates and operational changes.
• Gather and analyze market data to provide insights and recommendations to the management for future activities.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct selling with proven success in driving results.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
