Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present a range of North Indian dishes, ensuring consistent quality.
  • Assist in menu development, introducing new and innovative North Indian recipes.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the availability of authentic North Indian ingredients.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety practices in accordance with local regulations.
  • Guide and train junior staff in North Indian cooking techniques.
  • Support kitchen operations as required by the Executive or Sous Chef.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate/NITEC in Culinary Arts or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in North Indian cuisine preparation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Passion for North Indian flavors and creativity in developing new dishes.
