Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine menus, incorporating feedback and staying updated with culinary trends.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in food preparation areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food stock and ingredients, ensuring timely replenishment and proper storage to maintain freshness.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items according to restaurant standards and food safety guidelines.
  • Assist in kitchen operations, including managing inventory, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring a smooth workflow during service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in cooking Asian cuisine in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of various Asian cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining attention to detail.
