Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the overall food experience across all food spaces, driving a culture of hospitality and service excellence.
  • Lead and mentor food service teams, supporting their development and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of operational initiatives, ensuring compliance with all safety and service guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage financial responsibilities, ensuring that budget and financial projections are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and suppliers.
  • Drive innovation and change, managing key projects to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the successful opening of new cafés and food spaces, contributing to the development of new food programs.
  • Support team engagement and development, fostering a positive work environment and driving employee satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Project Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within a cross-functional matrix environment, preferably in the food and services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools (Asana preferred) and advanced computer literacy.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
