Responsibilities:

  • Partner with HR leadership on HR initiatives, projects, and manpower planning to enhance business performance.
  • Act as an HR advisor to unit stakeholders, providing expertise on workforce management and HR best practices.
  • Support HR leadership in budgeting, workforce analytics, and planning, including talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Lead HR initiatives that promote workplace efficiency, employee engagement, and agility.
  • Develop HR strategies to empower managers in motivating, developing, and managing employee performance.
  • Drive high-potential development, succession planning, and employee retention programs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with the broader HR network to create, implement, and review HR policies, aligning with the organizations strategic objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and proactively manage employee relations, addressing grievances, performance management, and potential conflicts.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a similar position.
  • Strong business acumen with a results-driven, resourceful, and change-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in critical thinking and data analysis, with strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and supervisory abilities.
