Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with the banks objectives, focusing on cloud-based and modern banking IT infrastructure.
• Oversee IT operations, including cloud management, security, and application development.
• Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Drive technological innovation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency within modern IT environments.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate advanced technology into business processes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles within the banking industry.
• Extensive experience with cloud technologies, modern IT infrastructure, and digital banking solutions.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and security within modern banking environments.
• Experience with fintech solutions and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
