Responsibilities
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities by leveraging market research, networking, and direct outreach to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct customized presentations and showcase furniture solutions that align with client requirements and objectives.
- Facilitate contract negotiations and ensure agreements meet both client expectations and company standards.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets, contributing to overall team revenue goals.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a relevant discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in the furniture or interior furnishings industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive results and meet sales targets effectively.
