Customer Service Executive (Kallang | Base up to 3.4k + AWS + VB + Medical)

• AWS + VB + Medical + Dental
• 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
• Non-Experienced are also welcomed to apply, salary commensurate with experience

Job Description:

• Process and coordinate orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure their needs are met satisfactorily.
• Prepare and send out quotations once approved.
• Collaborate with overseas factories on procurement, production, quality inspection, and shipping.
• Support the marketing team in planning and forecasting activities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum 'O/A' Levels or Polytechnic Diploma in relevant fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• At least two years of experience in sales quotations, logistics, customer service, and administrative functions.
• Knowledge of international freight forwarding is necessary.
