About the job Regional Sales Manager (up to $5,000 + Trpt Allowance + Comm + PB)
- Travel approximately 4 times a year, Asia and Europe
Responsibilities

Drive business development and manage sales operations across regional markets.

Identify and establish relationships with new partners, distributors, and key accounts.

Analyze market trends and competitor movements to develop regional sales strategies.

Represent the company at regional events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure service and delivery commitments are met.

Provide sales reporting and performance updates to senior management.
Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Minimum 5 years of regional sales experience, preferably in the industrial or B2B sector.

Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing client relationships.

Willingness to travel regionally for business needs.
