Role Summary

As a Freelance Recruitment Consultant, you will manage end-to-end recruitment assignments on a commission basis. This is a fully remote role with a high degree of autonomy.

Because we operate on a flat-fee model, commissions are lower than traditional percentage-based agencies, but the work is more sustainable, consistent, and relationship-driven.

This role suits experienced recruiters who value doing recruitment right, building trust, and delivering quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: role intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement

  • Engage clients and candidates with professionalism, honesty, and clarity

  • Collaborate with other consultants when roles require shared effort

  • Maintain accurate and timely updates in the ATS

  • Uphold high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and data hygiene

  • Support ad-hoc recruitment initiatives when required

Requirements

  • 2 to 3+ years of 360 recruitment experience

  • CEI Certification (Singapore) is mandatory

  • Strong sourcing, assessment, and closing capabilities

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Able to work independently with accountability

  • Comfortable using ATS platforms and remote tools
