Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient, effective, and consistent service alongside the Front of House Team in fast-paced environments.
  • Oversee daily cleanliness, organization, and staffing to maintain operational standards.
  • Handle shift duties to ensure seamless operational transitions.
  • Manage guest relations, focusing on recovery and exceptional service standards.
  • Evaluate and guide staff performance, maintaining accountability to company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with Logistics and Procurement for inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
  • Uphold safety, security, and health standards, ensuring a secure and compliant dining environment.
  • Participate in management meetings, contributing to the strategic direction and operational improvements.

Requirements:

  • Professional Certificate/NITEC in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, capable of managing and motivating staff effectively.
  • Proficient in computer software for data management and presentations, including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint or Google Sheets and Slides.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with both staff and management.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced settings.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
