Finance Manager (up to 160k per month | BKK | Digital Assets | IMMEDIATE)

• Base salary of 120,000 to 160,000 THB per month (Commensurates according to experience)
• Immediately available with immediate start date within April 2025
• Only Thai Locals need apply

Responsibilities

• Oversee full finance and accounting functions, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

• Ensure timely compliance with regulatory and audit requirements (SEC and relevant standards)

• Build internal controls, policies, and processes to support financial transparency and risk management

• Lead financial reporting cycles and coordinate across departments to support strategic planning

• Manage banking relationships, tax matters, and external stakeholders including auditors

• Support capital raise efforts and deliver key insights for investor and board reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, MBA or equivalent preferred

• 8 to 10 years of finance experience, ideally with team leadership exposure

• Background in crypto, digital assets, fintech, or capital markets is essential

• Strong understanding of Thai regulatory frameworks and financial reporting standards

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

• ดูแลการทำงานด้านการเงินและบัญชีทั้งหมด รวมถึงการจัดทำรายงาน งบประมาณ และการคาดการณ์ทางการเงิน

• ตรวจสอบให้มั่นใจว่ามีการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงานกำกับดูแล เช่น กลต. และการตรวจสอบทางบัญชี

• สร้างและปรับปรุงกระบวนการควบคุมภายใน นโยบาย และขั้นตอนที่โปร่งใสและรัดกุม

• นำการจัดทำรายงานทางการเงินในแต่ละเดือน/ไตรมาส/ปี และทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายต่าง ๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนแผนกลยุทธ์

• บริหารความสัมพันธ์กับธนาคาร ผู้สอบบัญชี และหน่วยงานภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• สนับสนุนกระบวนการระดมทุน และให้ข้อมูลเชิงลึกที่สำคัญต่อการรายงานแก่ผู้ลงทุนและคณะกรรมการ

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการเงิน การบัญชี หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง (CPA หรือ MBA จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

• มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้านการเงินอย่างน้อย 810 ปี โดยมีประสบการณ์บริหารทีมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

• มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจคริปโต สินทรัพย์ดิจิทัล ฟินเทค หรือบริการทางการเงิน

• มีความเข้าใจเชิงลึกด้านกฎหมายไทยและมาตรฐานการรายงานทางการเงิน
