Responsibilities
- Drive procurement excellence by optimizing purchasing strategies and supply chain processes to meet business objectives across multiple sectors.
- Lead the design and implementation of efficient vendor management practices, ensuring transparency and accountability during supplier evaluations and negotiations.
- Collaborate with operations teams to align supply chain strategies with client needs, delivering seamless and cost-effective solutions.
- Analyze market trends and competitive insights to inform procurement decisions and identify innovative opportunities for value creation.
- Oversee performance monitoring and category management, ensuring suppliers deliver consistent quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Implement systems to manage risks, ensure compliance, and uphold standards in sourcing and procurement practices.
- Develop strategic supply chain frameworks to support new business initiatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational scalability.
- Lead and inspire a team to achieve supply chain targets, enhance performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing supply chains with a focus on driving efficiency and innovation.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with a record of implementing impactful procurement solutions.
- Familiarity with the Food and Beverage or Service sectors is a plus.
