Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with operations teams to align supply chain strategies with client needs, delivering seamless and cost-effective solutions.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive insights to inform procurement decisions and identify innovative opportunities for value creation.
  • Oversee performance monitoring and category management, ensuring suppliers deliver consistent quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement systems to manage risks, ensure compliance, and uphold standards in sourcing and procurement practices.
  • Develop strategic supply chain frameworks to support new business initiatives, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational scalability.
  • Lead and inspire a team to achieve supply chain targets, enhance performance, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing supply chains with a focus on driving efficiency and innovation.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with a record of implementing impactful procurement solutions.
  • Familiarity with the Food and Beverage or Service sectors is a plus.
