About the job Strategic Partnerships Lead (up to $7,000 base | Non-profit)
Responsibilities

Lead and execute a forward-looking community engagement and fundraising strategy that strengthens long-term financial sustainability and organisational growth.

Cultivate, secure, and steward strategic relationships with corporates, institutions, schools, community partners, and individual donors to expand revenue streams.

Oversee the full fundraising lifecycle, including pipeline development, proposal development, negotiation, campaign execution, and retention strategies.

Shape and drive the organisations external communications and brand positioning across digital platforms, publications, events, and stakeholder reporting.

Provide leadership to the Community Partnership team, setting clear KPIs, ensuring governance standards, and fostering cross-functional collaboration with programme and finance teams.

Deliver strategic insights and performance updates to senior management and Board members, highlighting risks, opportunities, and partnership growth initiatives.
Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.

At least 5 years of relevant experience in fundraising, partnerships, stakeholder engagement, or business development.

Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders and achieve revenue or fundraising targets.

Strong strategic thinking, communication, and team leadership capabilities.
