Description

- Attend to customer enquiries on interior design services

- Formulate space planning, concept development and interior design conceptualisation

- Provide consultation on renovation work and costing base on client requirement

- Prepare quotations to client

- Prepare presentation such as mood boards and material boards

- Project coordinating / supervision

- Managing various parties involved

- Good customer service

Requirement

- At least 3 years of related working experience

- High Interior Design Conceptualizations

- Good Communication Skills and customer service

- Pleasant working attitude, self-motivated and passionate about interior design with a creative flair

- Strong in presentation and negotiation skills

- Ability to read floorplan / furniture detailed drawing

- Ability to multi-task and be meticulous and handle a few projects at the same time

- Teamwork spirit, proactive and be able to lead and work independently

Proficient in softwares is an advantage:

3DMax, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop
