Sales Manager

Job Description

• Talk to corporate customers and understand their IT requirements, technical support will be provided to assist you
• Prepare quotations to meet customers requirements in IT, inclusive of hardware, software, and services
• Handling and resolving escalated customer issues with the products or customer service they receive
• Join sales meetings and report on progress
• Meet suppliers and product vendors to foster working relationship
• Upgrade sales and product knowledge through workshops and online trainings
• Meet sales objectives, including sales training, and sales target

Job Requirements

• Preferably 1 year of experience in IT sales, otherwise have sales or inside sales experience
• Passion in communicating with corporate customers
• Have some knowledge of IT products (servers, PC, laptop, software license)
• Good communication skills especially in spoken & written English
