About the job Corporate F&B Manager (up to $9,000 base | Central | Immediate Starter)
Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end corporate hospitality and F&B operations, including front-of-house, reservations, conference catering, and pantry services

Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences while optimising meeting space utilisation and service efficiency

Develop, implement, and maintain operational SOPs to uphold service standards across all touchpoints

Manage teams across sites, driving performance through training, engagement, and clear communication

Oversee contract performance, budgets, and operational reporting to ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing regular service reviews and presentations

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness
Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or a related discipline

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate hospitality, F&B, or service-led environments

Strong leadership capability with a proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced settings
-
Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
