Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end corporate hospitality and F&B operations, including front-of-house, reservations, conference catering, and pantry services

  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences while optimising meeting space utilisation and service efficiency

  • Develop, implement, and maintain operational SOPs to uphold service standards across all touchpoints

  • Manage teams across sites, driving performance through training, engagement, and clear communication

  • Oversee contract performance, budgets, and operational reporting to ensure KPIs and SLAs are consistently met

  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing regular service reviews and presentations

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality or a related discipline

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in corporate hospitality, F&B, or service-led environments

  • Strong leadership capability with a proven ability to manage teams in fast-paced settings

  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
