Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the sales team by setting clear priorities, aligning responsibilities, and ensuring consistent execution of sales initiatives.

  • Drive sales planning and execution for assigned products and markets, translating business objectives into achievable sales actions.

  • Build and grow customer relationships by identifying new opportunities while strengthening engagement with existing accounts.

  • Monitor sales performance through regular reviews, data analysis, and coaching to improve results and operational effectiveness.

  • Manage pricing discussions, quotations, and commercial negotiations in line with company guidelines and customer expectations.

  • Represent the company in market-facing activities such as customer visits, industry events, and promotional initiatives to enhance brand presence.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

  • Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably within consumables, manufacturing, or related industries.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships professionally.

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, with the ability to analyse sales data and adapt strategies accordingly.
