Job Description

·         Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Biotechnology / Chemistry / Baking & Pastry Art or a related field.

·         At least 5 years of professional experience of R&D in the food manufacturing (especially cake & bakery)

·         Knowledge of technical aspects of R&D (basic ingredients & food additives, technology of cake making)

·         Food manufacturing process flow and product development, quality assurance and regulatory compliance"

 

Requirements

·         Develop new formulation or product and improve existing product quality.

·         Manage the team and ensure formulations are delivered with agreed deadlines.

·         Design the formulation with the key stakeholders.

·         Ensuring standardization, quality and food safety of each product produced

·         Manage product packaging based on BPOM regulations.

·         Plan the implementation of initiatives related to process and product cost.

·         Implementing technology for process efficiency & quality improvement

·    To be able to give clear direction to the team regarding prioritizing key developments, formulation, and guidance on the products."
