·         Design a research-based brand strategy and develop a brand using digital and non-digital marketing strategies, including brand guidelines, brand vision, and brand awareness.

·         Assisting with product development, pricing, and new product launches for developing new business opportunities

·         Supervising advertising, product design, and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.

·         Communicate brand personality and the company's foundational ideas to the consumer”.

Job Requirements

·         Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent

·         Required skills: Marketing and Product Development, Brand (Equity) Development

·         At least 5-10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

·         Experience in food manufacture or the FMCG industry (cake & bakery)

·         Have a strong relationship management skills and excellent communication through brand awareness”.
