Job Description

• Install new machines (weaving machines)
• Replace items on Weaving and Knitting machines
• Create/edit weaving fabric design patterns
• Make a monthly production schedule plan for Weaving, Kniiting, Warping-weaving, Warping-knitting
• Make a daily production schedule for Weaving, Kniiting, Warping-weaving, Warping-knitting
• Make a maintenance schedule plan for Weaving, Kniiting, Warping-weaving, Warping-knitting
• Make annual budgets and control monthly budgets
• Create production reports with capabilities (MS Excel, Word, Outloo, Power Point)
• Lead and manage subordinates

Requirements

• Min 5 years work experience in the Textile company (Knitting, Weaving, Finishing)
• Can communicate in English
• Have knowledge of the weaving process, warping weaving and be able to operate the machine
• Have knowledge of the knitting process, warping knitting and able to operate the machine
• Able to operate and repair Tying machines (thread joining)
• Master quality standards and be able to fix quality problems in weaving and knitting
• Have sufficient knowledge for Jacquard machines
• Understand details of parts for machine needs, Weaving, Knitting, Warping-weaving, Warping-knitting
• Understand thread types
• Understand design patterns
