Regional Development Manager

 Job Description:

This position is intended to lead regional development by ensuring that the company's set targets (Volume, AOL, NOO) are achieved through distributors and internal teams, while ensuring that execution is in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that Regional Development Plans are in place for each budget year.
  • To ensure Sales Growth, Active Outlets, and Profitable Business Growth.
  • To ensure Distribution Coverage within the assigned territory.
  • To ensure that TOP DOWN Trade Marketing programs are implemented, monitored, and evaluated correctly on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • To ensure that all marketing activities are in line with the established brand strategy and budget.
  • To ensure that Key Account Management is properly implemented based on the Key Account & Customer Relationship Program.
  • To ensure that distributors perform based on established KPIs through appropriate distributor management principles based on the distribution coverage plan.
  • To ensure that company policies and procedures are applied and complied with.
  • To ensure that Operational and Marketing Claim costs are fully verified, approved, submitted on time, and analyzed with complete supporting documentation.
  • To ensure that all Business Performance Reports are delivered on time, fully analyzed, and include key action plans.
  • To ensure that market, consumer, and customer insights are updated in ORC.
  • To develop Internal Sales Team with Coaching, Training, and Mentoring.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree education.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same field.
  • Knowledge in territory management.
  • Knowledge in distributor management.
  • Ability in planning marketing activities.
  • Ability and knowledge of consumer goods distribution.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Computer skills > Word, Excel.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good network and relationship with third parties.
