Marketing Manager (B2B eCommerce)

 Job Description:

Currently we are helping our client, a B2B eCommerce company to look for an agile candidate to fill their seat in Marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising, to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Optimize our website and mobile app to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
  • Conduct A/B tests and use data-driven insights to improve campaign performance and user experience.
  • Manage and optimize our ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
  • Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve our search engine rankings and drive traffic to our website.
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, and use data to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and data analysis.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience with A/B testing, user research, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Proficiency in SEO and SEM best practices.
  • Experience managing and optimizing ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Flexible and remote work is allowed, with preference given to candidates based in Singapore, Taiwan, and Hong Kong.
