About the Job:

As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate funders, potential partners, agents, and local authorities in relation to community development and corporate social responsibility. You will also drive long-term partnerships and achieve revenue targets with key clients through our highly impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full process of the sales cycle, from lead generation, cold calling, consultation, and presentation to closing.
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, potential, and financials, and evaluating options to achieve company objectives.
- Develop and manage key strategic areas of the company with our marketing and technology ecosystem partnerships that bring in revenue and enhance the company's reputation and branding.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other divisions of the company to achieve the overall goals of the company.
- Manage and ensure positive sales cash flow through proper planning with sales-closed, coordinating with the project and finance team, and driving collection from clients upon delivery.
Required Experience and Personal Traits:
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in any related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in any related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, fast-thinking, sales and marketing, negotiation, time management, and planning organizational skills.
- Goal and target-oriented, detailed, responsible, proactive, efficient, disciplined, and positive.
- Self-motivated in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs.
- Strong team player and ability to engage and motivate teams to achieve targets.
- Resourceful, driven, and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Must possess own transport and laptop.
- Able to make rational analyses of prospective clients and strategically fit their needs.
- Able to communicate in English and local language (Bahasa Malaysia/Indonesia/Filipino) with eloquence. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and especially Excel).
