Our client is a conglomerate property company that have many successful stories in developing highrise building and township. Currently, they are looking for a Sales Marketing GM to be placed in one of their project in Bogor with details as following:

Responsibilities

• Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales and marketing roles, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in the relevant industries (e.g., agriculture, pulp and paper, real estate) is a significant advantage.
• Strong in strategic and implementation

Requirement

• Minimum 7 years working experience
• Experienced in handling segmented housing, real estate, or golfcourt house
• Strong in building strategies and implementation
