Duties and Responsibilities of the Director

  • The main responsibility of the Director is to develop, manage and coordinate all activities and work processes required in the company to achieve business targets, including sales & marketing, operations, services, business development and networking including relationships with related partners and other related tasks to ensure a successful business. success.
  • The Director's responsibilities also include:
  • Coordinate with the Rumah Energi Foundation management team and the BIRU Program Manager regarding the management of the BIRU Program's carbon funds and monitoring & verification of emission reduction activities for decision making in the management of the BIRU carbon credit trading (VER)
  • Establish corporate strategy, basic financial policies, organization and human resources, as well as information and communication technology systems within the company.
  • Submitting proposals for the management of the company that require the approval of the Commissioners and/or written approval from the Commissioners and the approval of the GMS, which then implements the proposals in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Articles of Association, the approval of the Commissioners, and at the GMS meeting.
  • Make efforts to achieve company targets in the financial, operational and administrative fields that have been agreed upon and decided by the GMS, as well as setting performance targets and evaluating company performance through organizational mechanisms including the company's strategic plan.
  • Provide project approval, monitor, and improve project implementation.
  • Establish organizational structure and appoint key officials up to a certain level.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related major
  • Minimum 6 years of working experience in a competitive sales and/or fast growing start-up environment.
  • Preferably those who have understanding/knowledge related to carbon trade management, climate change and renewable energy.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and capability with high motivation and output driven.
  • Results-oriented mindset, proactive in problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, self-motivated skills and able to work under pressure.
  • Have strong business analysis skills with a track record of successful sales management and building relationships.
  • Have good English skills, written and oral
  • Have experience in driving the growth of companies / organizations, building and supervising teams and skills in financial management.
  • Proven track record of success in previous positions by assembling teams and delivering desired results or growing business.
