Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop talent acquisition strategy and Design, plan and execute Talent Acquisition activities and selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, tests, etc.)
- Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops, analysis of hiring needs, and provide employee hiring forecast
- Plan recruitment Initiatives (such as Employee Referral Programs, ATS Development, Recruitment Marketing tools, etc.)
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience and suggest measures for improving employee retention
- Manage People Review discussion and process twice a year as part of development and performance matters
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition or HR operations
- Experienced in Manufacturing Manpower fulfillment
- Experienced with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment tools
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and mass recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources law and regulation
