Research and Development

 Job Description:

  • Research and analyze optimal product formulations and manufacturing processes.
  • Manage research and product development activities. 
  • Making formulation to production scale for new and existing products. 
  • Responsible for sourcing new materials for new developments and alternatives for effective cost saving projects. 
  • Responsible for ensuring the quality of formulations. 
  • Responsible for R&D documentation and administration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree from reputable University with Food Science and Technology, Food Science and Engineering and other related background. 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Food & Beverage industries covering functional and commodities ingredients
  • Having deep knowledge of Food & Beverages such as raw material, end products. 
  • Able to manage and communicate with Principal on product knowledge, problem, pricing, and technical issue. 
  • Good communication skill in Indonesia and English Language.
