Project Manager
Job Description:
- Responsible for overseeing the company's project development, including residential buildings, infrastructure, and public facilities supporting housing, to ensure that the quality and specifications of the company's products align with the company's project blueprint.
- Supervise the construction of residential units, supporting infrastructure, and ensure the quality of work to ensure completion according to the plan.
- Ensure that the construction processes carried out by construction service vendors align with the company's blueprints, site plans, and designs.
- Control the home delivery process to consumers and ensure that data regarding homes to be handed over or already handed over is up to date.
- Provide assessment recommendations for services provided by construction service vendors, both those bidding to work with the company (during bidding) and those providing services to the company upon completion.
- Conduct regular mentoring of subordinates to monitor work progress, identify and resolve work-related issues, and develop employee competencies.
- Coordinate with the Internal Audit & Compliance Department to develop effective work procedures that support the achievement of work targets.
- Responsible for developing the department's work plan to ensure that the work processes are more focused and aligned with the company's objectives and targets.
- Coordinate with the Planning & Design Manager to provide recommendations in drafting Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with parties involved in the development process of products and their supporting facilities to avoid harming or potentially harming the company.
- Coordinate with the Estate Management Department to facilitate the handover process of buildings to consumers.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department to provide progress reports for each home unit's construction that has been purchased by consumers, enabling the follow-up of payment processes to the service vendor.
Education & Work Experience:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
Specific Knowledge:
- Knowledge of residential/housing development management (Landed House)
