• Curriculum development and syllabus design.
• Manage school development plan and implementation, including administrative tasks related to new school development.
• Lead effective and efficient functioning of the vocational learning centre.
• Establish and maintain good relationships within internal organization, management, and third parties.
• Keep up-to-date with developments in vocational education and professional training.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in education or vocational learning would be an advantage.
• Should have minimum 3 years of professional work experiences as head of Vocational School.
• Have experiences in new school development.
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills.
• Have strong analytical ability, attention to details, with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Willing to commute and relocate as required.
