Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all HR core functions, including payroll, Industrial Relations/Employee Relations (IR/ER), Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR systems, employment law, and HR policy development.
- Lead and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Develop and monitor budgets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the HR department.
- Drive employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
- Manage HR operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
- Support the business in all HR-related matters to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
- Female candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in an HR role.
- Proven experience in managing HR functions at a managerial level.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of HR core functions, including payroll, IR/ER, Learning & Development, Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR systems, employment law, and HR policy.
- Experience in budgeting and KPI monitoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
